Cristiano Ronaldo Achieves Another Milestone in Saudi Pro League
Portuguese football star Cristiano Ronaldo has reached another milestone while representing Al-Nassr in the Saudi Pro League.
On Thursday, in a crucial league clash, Ronaldo led his team to a 2-1 victory against Al-Raed. The star footballer scored one goal and provided an assist in the match.
With this win, Ronaldo has become the only footballer in history to achieve 700 victories while playing for different clubs—a feat no other player has accomplished.
So far, Ronaldo has scored 85 goals in 94 matches for Al-Nassr.
Earlier reports suggested that Ronaldo could soon be earning £300 per minute, thanks to a new Saudi contract, which would cement his status as the highest-paid athlete in the world.
Ronaldo is expected to receive a £167.9 million contract from Al-Nassr.
The 39-year-old joined Al-Nassr in January 2023. At that time, he was offered £164 million per season for matches and an additional £49 million for off-the-field events. Now, he is set to become the highest-paid athlete globally.
