West Indies won the second and final match of the two-Test series against Pakistan by 120 runs on the third day. West Indies had set a target of 254 runs for Pakistan, but Pakistan's entire team was bowled out for 133 runs. This marked West Indies' first Test victory in Pakistan since 1990.
On the third day's play, Saud Shakeel was dismissed for 13 runs, and nightwatchman Kashif Ali was out for just 1 run. Salman Ali Agha returned to the pavilion after scoring 15 runs, while Sajid Khan (7), Nauman Ali (6), and Mohammad Rizwan (25) were also dismissed. West Indies spinner Jomel Warrican was awarded Player of the Match and Player of the Series, having taken 19 wickets in the series while conceding just 85 runs.
Earlier, on the second day of the Multan Test, Pakistan faced challenges in their second innings, losing four wickets for just 76 runs while chasing the target of 254. Captain Shan Masood and Mohammad Haris managed only 2 runs each, while Kamran Ghulam and Babar Azam scored 19 and 31 runs, respectively. West Indies started their second innings with a lead of 9 runs. Captain Kraigg Brathwaite and McKenny Clarke put up a partnership of 50 runs before Clarke was dismissed for 7. Aamir Jango then took the score to 92 alongside Brathwaite.
Brathwaite scored 52 runs before being dismissed by Nauman Ali. Contributions from Alick Athanaze (35) and Sinclair (28) helped West Indies post a total of 244 runs in their second innings, setting a target of 254 for Pakistan. Nauman Ali and Sajid Khan claimed four wickets each, while Abrar Ahmed and Kashif Ali picked up one wicket each.
In the second Test, West Indies were bowled out for 163 runs in their first innings, while Pakistan managed only 154 runs in reply. It is worth noting that Pakistan had won the first match of the two-Test series.
