 Australia Dominates Day Two Against Sri Lanka



In the first Test between Sri Lanka and Australia in Galle, Australia showcased a commanding performance on day two. The visitors declared their innings at 654-6, highlighted by Usman Khawaja's impressive 232 and debutant Josh Inglis's maiden century, scoring 102. Steve Smith also contributed significantly with a solid 141. Sri Lanka faced early setbacks in their reply, closing the day at 44-3, with Dinesh Chandimal and Kamindu Mendis at the crease. Rain interruptions provided some respite for the hosts, but Australia remains firmly in control.
